IMPORTANT: Nothing on this website, newsletter, social media, digital products, or 1-on-1 sessions constitutes financial advice. All content is educational only. Please read these Terms carefully before using any part of From the Floor.

PART ONE — TERMS OF USE

1. Who We Are

From the Floor is a financial education brand operated by an individual content creator ("we", "us", "our"). The brand publishes educational content about investing, personal finance, and financial markets across multiple channels including the website fromthefloor.co, Substack newsletter, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. All products and services offered, including the 30 Day Investment Foundations Challenge and Clarity Call sessions, are strictly educational in nature.

By accessing or using any part of From the Floor — including the website, newsletter, digital products, or 1-on-1 sessions — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our content or services.

2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice

This is the most important clause in this document. Please read it carefully.  All content published by From the Floor — including but not limited to website articles, Substack newsletters and notes, TikTok and Instagram posts, YouTube videos, digital products, email communications, and 1-on-1 sessions — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on From the Floor constitutes, or should be construed as:

   •  Financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice;

   •  A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, fund, or asset;

   •  A solicitation or offer to engage in any financial transaction;

   •  A guarantee of any particular financial outcome or return;

   •  A substitute for professional regulated financial advice.

From the Floor is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment company, or financial institution. They do not constitute professional advice, nor do they create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between us and any user.

All financial decisions you make are your own. You should always consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser before making any investment or financial decisions. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from reliance on our content.

3. No Professional Relationship

Use of this website, participation in any digital product, or attendance at a 1-on-1 session does not create a client relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary duty, or any other professional relationship between you and From the Floor.

Clarity Call sessions are educational conversations only. Nothing discussed during a session constitutes regulated financial advice. We do not provide personalised investment recommendations. Any frameworks, ideas, or information shared are for educational purposes and general illustration only.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information we publish. However, financial markets move quickly and information can become outdated rapidly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.

Market data, prices, yields, and other figures referenced in our content are illustrative and may not reflect current conditions. Always verify data through official sources before making any decisions.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

From the Floor may use artificial intelligence tools — including but not limited to large language models, AI writing assistants, and AI image generation tools — to assist in the creation, drafting, editing, research, or formatting of content. This includes written content such as newsletter articles, social media posts, website copy, and digital product materials.

Where AI tools are used, a human author reviews, edits, and takes editorial responsibility for the final content. AI is used as a tool to assist the creative process, not to replace human judgment or professional knowledge.

You acknowledge that AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should verify any important information independently before relying on it.

6. Use of Visual Inspiration Sources

From the Floor may draw visual inspiration from platforms including but not limited to Pinterest, Instagram, and other publicly available creative platforms. Visual inspiration is used to inform the aesthetic direction of branding, design, and content presentation only.

We do not reproduce, copy, or claim ownership of third-party images or creative works. Any original visual content created for From the Floor — including graphics, illustrations, and brand assets — is independently created and owned by us, even where external mood boards or inspiration references were consulted during the creative process.

If you believe any content on From the Floor infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us!!

7. Intellectual Property

All original content published by From the Floor — including written articles, newsletter issues, course materials, graphics, logos, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of From the Floor and its creator, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. You may share links to our public content with appropriate attribution.

Where AI tools have been used in the creation of content, we assert ownership to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on the basis that the content reflects substantial human creative direction, editorial judgment, and intellectual input by the creator.

From the Floor respects third-party intellectual property. If we reference, quote, or adapt third-party material, we do so within the limits of applicable copyright law, with attribution where required.
